A strong advocate of objectivity in client advice, Patrick felt compelled to create his own firm in order to receive compensation through fees rather than product sales, thus eliminating conflict of interest. Patrick launched Horan & Associates Financial Advisors in 1995 when 98% of his existing clients transferred their assets to the new firm. In January 2005 the firm name was changed to Horan Capital Management, LLC to better describe the service that we provide. Horan offers unparalleled service levels, creating customized portfolios with special attention to estate and tax planning issues.

Patrick began his career in 1981 in the financial services industry and is known throughout the country for experience and expertise as one of the top financial advisors in America (as noted by Worth magazine for consecutive years). Patrick is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Financial Consultant. Each certification requires three years of study concentrated on financial planning and investment management.
