Paul J. Piccone (P.J.) is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Information Technology at Horan Capital Management. P.J. began his career with HCM as an intern in February 2002. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Computer Information Systems in 2003 from Towson University and later earned a M.S. in Applied Information Technology from Towson University in 2004.

PJ is responsible for the firm's day-to-day operations and looks for ways to make Horan Capital Management more efficient which increases the quality of service that we provide for our clients. His other responsibilities include maintaining our current IT infrastructure, updating our website, and assisting the investment management team and client service team in resolving client issues.
