Tom Casper is Vice President of the Institutional Division for Horan Capital Management.

Tom began his financial career in San Diego with Merrill Lynch in 1996 as a Financial Consultant. There he specialized in the area of separate accounts and alternative investments utilizing outside private money managers. He worked exclusively with high net worth clients assisting them in complex financial and estate planning and earned the Merrill Lynch designation of Certified Financial Manager. In 2001 he joined a San Francisco Bay area high net worth wealth management firm and was a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles and Orange County region. Tom joined Horan Capital Management as a Regional Vice President for the greater San Francisco Bay area. Tom is also an ex Navy flyer of seven years and a highly decorated veteran of the 1991 Persian Gulf War.

Tom and his wife Celene reside in Southern California with their two daughters Caitlyn and Anna.
